The All Metal Lye and Oil Resistant RFID System With Aluminium Fillings
RFID systems are used to keep parts and carriers coated in oil in oil processing mediums. However, the intensive washings cause oil penetration of the original plastic transponders. So, RW errors and device failures happen. It has been decided to upgrade the RFID components to improve the reliability of production lines.

The RFID system, with stainless steel RW modules and tags, has been particularly designed for such intense environments.
The solution description:
Patented Condet technology guarantees that, although the active surfaces are sheathed in metal, RW distances stay like the customer’s original plastic devices.
The 66 RW modules and 34 interfaces comprise a Profibus network that, with the tags, form a whole RFID system. This system controls the route followed by every axle drive housing, programming and logging each manufacturing step.
